The satellite, designed to Kazakhstan the Russian State Space Scientific Production Center of M. and Development Institute, was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in June 2006. According to the Center, August 14, the satellite moved to a graveyard orbit, all work on the flight control of the spacecraft completed.
"Deviating from the occupied point, the spacecraft was a threat to the free work of other satellites belonging to foreign States and placed in geostationary orbit", - explained in the statement of the center. Possible collision of spacecraft in orbit could lead to irreparable consequences and the emergence of Kazakhstan has obligations to compensate the damage while the material damage.
