
The government of Kazakhstan has approved new rules for medicines citizens who come into force on 17 January.
The relevant government decree published on Thursday, January 7, the official press and put into effect at the end of ten calendar days from the date of first publication.
The Organization for Drug citizens includes determining the needs for medicines, purchase of medicines and pharmaceutical services in outpatient drug provision, delivery, distribution, storage and registration of medicines, the use of medications in the framework of guaranteed free medical care (GOBMP), as well as monitoring side effects of medicines.
Under the new rules, a list for a single distributor is formed and approved by the MOH on the basis provided medorganizatsiyami republic needs in medicines and in accordance with the national drug formulary. The system of a single distribution of medicines was introduced in Kazakhstan last year. One distributor - a company that purchases drugs and equipment within GOBMP, contracts with suppliers, and provides services for storage and delivery of drugs and medizdely customers.
The new rules allow in justified cases - when changing the dynamics of morbidity, or moving a patient's death - the redistribution of drugs purchased by state funds, among health care organizations to address the administrators of budgetary programs.
